Architectural glass, metal & facade technology

Designing tomorrow's buildings.

Eleven Thirteen is one company bringing design-assist, systems, digital tools, research, education, fabrication, and field execution under one vision: make the building envelope work better from first idea through its entire life.

Selective

Transparent

Accountable

We are not building another glazing contractor.

We are creating the platform through which facades are imagined, delivered, and understood.

Our mission is to redefine how buildings are designed, coordinated, manufactured, constructed, and maintained through architectural glass, metal, and intelligent facade technology.

The future is not a collection of disconnected products. It is one connected company where practical field experience informs design, design informs systems, systems create data, and data improves every building that follows.

One company.Five divisions. One standard.

One company. Built as an integrated facade platform.

Studio, Systems, Digital, Labs, and Academy are divisions within Eleven Thirteen—not separate companies. Each division strengthens the same customer relationship and the same building lifecycle.

Tell us what the facade needs to do. We will develop the path to build it.

Eleven Thirteen Studio is the design-assist and consulting division within Eleven Thirteen Legacy LLC. It connects architectural vision with real systems, real costs, real testing requirements, and real field execution.

We are not limited to one manufacturer, one detail, or one way of building. We can begin with a proven Kawneer or YKK AP platform, combine qualified systems, develop custom glass and metal components, or take a new concept through engineering and testing coordination.

That gives the Studio a wide design range while keeping every recommendation tied to constructability, approvals, budget, schedule, and real field conditions.

01

Desired-system design

Start with the appearance, performance, opening size, movement, operation, finish, or experience the project needs. We develop the system path around the goal instead of forcing the goal into one catalog detail.

02

Facade concept development

Translate architectural intent into clear glass-and-metal concepts, system directions, proportions, module studies, transitions, and material strategies.

03

Early budgeting & feasibility

Test the vision against budget, performance requirements, lead times, fabrication realities, and field conditions before costly decisions are locked in.

04

System selection & value engineering

Compare viable storefront, curtain-wall, window-wall, entrance, sliding, canopy, railing, and specialty-glass approaches without sacrificing the design objective.

05

Visualization & digital coordination

Create presentation-ready facade studies, design narratives, marked-up elevations, digital models, and coordinated information that helps teams make decisions faster.

06

Building-envelope consulting

Review glazing interfaces, drainage intent, constructability, testing strategy, maintenance access, replacement planning, and high-risk transitions.

07

Design-assist through delivery

Carry the approved concept into estimating, engineering coordination, delegated-design support, submittals, fabrication planning, installation, testing, and closeout.

Manufacturer-informed. Project-specific. Never one-size-fits-all.

The Studio can evaluate established Kawneer, YKK AP, and other qualified glass-and-metal systems as basis-of-design options. We compare the systems against the architecture and project requirements, then document a clear recommendation and viable alternates.

Manufacturer names identify systems Eleven Thirteen can evaluate and coordinate; they do not imply endorsement or an exclusive affiliation. Final selection depends on project specifications, approvals, performance requirements, testing, availability, and licensed professional review. Eleven Thirteen Studio provides facade design-assist, system development, visualization, preconstruction, and technical consulting. Regulated architectural and engineering services are performed or coordinated through appropriately licensed project professionals.

Why I chose the name.

11:13 is personal to me. It reminds me who believed in me first and what I want this company to stand for.

November 13 was my mom's birthday. She had been told she could not have children, so she adopted my sister and brother. Nine years later, when she was 41, she became pregnant with me. I was born at seven months. From the beginning, my life was something nobody expected.

I lost my mom when I was 11. I did not get enough time with her, but I have never forgotten how much she believed in me. As I have gotten older, that belief has meant more to me—not less.

I named this company Eleven Thirteen Legacy because I wanted to build something that carries that belief forward. I want our work to be honest. I want people to know where they stand. I want us to face problems early, keep our word, and leave behind buildings and relationships that mean something. That is the legacy I am trying to create.

— Jason Williams, Managing Partner

I learned this business from the shop floor to the final closeout.

I started in architectural glass and metal when I was 15, working in my father's company. I did not come into the business with a title. I learned by being around the work—summers, weekends, shop drawings, estimating, sales, project management, field problems, installations, punch lists, and the pressure of getting a building closed in.

Over the last 15 years, I have sold and managed more than $100 million in glazing projects. The wins taught me what works. The difficult jobs taught me even more—what happens when information is hidden, decisions come too late, lead times are ignored, or nobody takes ownership. I built Eleven Thirteen to be the partner I always believed this industry needed: transparent, directly involved, design-minded, and accountable through the end.

We do not take every project.
We commit fully to the right ones.

01

Selective by design

We work with a select group of clients and pursue the projects we can serve properly. Quality comes before volume—always.

02

Clear from the start

Clients receive direct access, honest expectations, transparent decisions, and consistent communication without layers or runaround.

03

Accountable throughout

Ownership stays involved from the first conversation through closeout. We remain responsible for the details, the follow-through, and the result.

Control the enclosure. Protect the entire schedule.

The building cannot move forward if it cannot be enclosed. Our consulting and project-management approach gives contractors one clear picture of design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, quality, and risk—before a missed decision becomes a missed milestone.

01

Radical transparency

No black box. Clients receive the current design status, approvals, procurement exposure, manufacturing progress, delivery outlook, field readiness, testing results, and the decisions holding up the next step.

02

Enclosure-first management

We manage glass and metal around the date the building must be dried-in—not around isolated departmental deadlines. Design, releases, manufacturing, access, embeds, openings, and installation are tied to one enclosure sequence.

03

Lead-time control

We identify long-lead items early, approve alternates before they become emergencies, release packages in the right order, and create decision deadlines that reduce avoidable escalation and expedite costs.

04

Quality proven in the field

Quality assurance is planned before installation. We document critical conditions, inspect water-management details, coordinate field water testing, track corrective work, and preserve the record through closeout.

Envelope Control Management

A glazing consultant and project manager focused on one result: getting the building enclosed.

Use us as the complete glass-and-metal partner or bring us in independently to manage scope, schedule, vendor coordination, production visibility, QA, water testing, and closeout across the envelope package.

01

Define

Confirm design intent, performance, budget, testing, schedule, and the date the building must be enclosed.

02

Compare

Build a system matrix using Kawneer, YKK AP, qualified alternates, custom components, or a new system concept.

03

Lock

Create design-freeze milestones, decision owners, approved alternates, and release packages before price or availability moves.

04

Procure

Track quotes, approvals, releases, deposits, glass, aluminum, hardware, finishes, and every long-lead dependency.

05

Manufacture

Report actual production status, constraints, inspection points, expected completion, and delivery sequencing.

06

Enclose

Coordinate openings, substrates, access, manpower, deliveries, installation zones, temporary protection, and dry-in priorities.

07

Validate

Perform documented quality reviews, coordinate water testing, close deficiencies, and turn over a clear warranty record.

Know what is happening without chasing five people for an answer.

Every active project receives a transparent control report covering design, approvals, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, open decisions, and forecast risk. FacadeLab™, our client tracking portal in development, will turn that reporting into a live, scannable project record.
